About this course

This course supports Jigsaw content creators throughout the transition to the new platform built on Open edX. It provides step-by-step reference guides, hands-on practice tasks, and training recordings covering the full content creation workflow.

The course is organised in three stages, each aligned to a platform release. Stage 1 covers the Asset Library, Content Library, taxonomies, and slide creation workflows. Stage 2 focuses on refining migrated slides and building reusable content — frequently used slides, units, and collections. Stage 3 introduces Master Course creation: assembling lessons from library content, configuring course settings, and publishing.

Each stage includes short reference guides in text or flowchart format, practice tasks that reflect typical day-to-day workflows, and a course forum where you can ask questions and find answers from previous discussions.
